Now, That’s Music to My Ears
	Psychologists are turning to a new form of therapy: Music. Playing various musical selections helps calm Alzheimer’s patients and evokes memories.  The Cancer Center of America holds drumming sessions to provide their patients with an emotional release.  
	Hospitals play soothing music to newborns to quiet their cries.  Licensed professionals use these techniques, and you can benefit from them, too.  Listen to music to help lower your heart rate, slow breathing, release muscle tension, and simply unwind.
