3. You’re petrified of fat.

We all some need fat, both to feel full as well as to stay full longer. When you eat fat, messages are sent to the brain reporting that it’s satisfying. Fat takes a longer time to digest than carbohydrates, which are designed as a quick form of energy. So, a little fat can  actually be a good thing.
