The aging process is something that no one can deny. But there are ways and means to prolong your youth and delay the most common signs of aging. If you are looking for some anti-aging remedies and inspiration… read on!

Scarily, the human body begins to go into decline as young as your 30’s. That’s a sobering thought, and however great your genetics are, the time will eventually creep up on you as it will to us all! We cannot always depend on genetics to get us through.

We take our body for granted in our youth and it’s not until we start seeing and feeling the effects that we begin to make changes to heighten our physical, mental, and emotional constitution. What effects are we talking about here? The tell-tale signs of aging are wrinkles, poor skin tone, reduced muscle tone and strength, and the weakening of connective tissues, bones, and joints; added to that is memory loss and a lower cognitive function overall. However, it is never too late to course-correct and begins pulling back some of those years, so you look and feel better too.

And to help you, here are 4 tips!

  1. Firstly, your skin. It’s probably the first area where aging is truly noticeable with the eye. One of the most harmful things for your skin is the sun. As wonderful as it feels to bask in warm glory, your skin needs protection from the harmful rays emitted by the sun. Use a protective sun lotion and monitor the time you spend in the strong sun. You need the vitamin d from the sunshine so don’t hide away from it totally, but exercise caution and care. Cleanse your skin daily, and of course- moisturize!

  2. Exercise! Exercise is one of the best physical and mental anti-agers. It will help keep your muscle, bones, and joints stronger, and improve your mental and emotional status. Staying active promotes improved cell function and hormonal balance- key things to help keep you well, no matter your age.

  3. Avoid smoke and alcohol. Smoking is one of the most notorious agers. It not only damages you internally but externally also. It will affect your complexion and degenerate the very cells that you want to protect to enhance your wellbeing. The same applies to alcohol. Consume alcohol responsibly and in moderation. Ensure you stay hydrated, especially if you are having a night out and will be drinking- try alternating between a glass of water and an alcoholic beverage!

  4. Eat well and take vitamin support. It’s difficult to get all the nutrients you need from food. And the food is not as wholesome and fresh as it was 30-40 years ago. Alongside eating well and managing your weight, a vitamin supplement can help to support you, particularly in certain vitamins, minerals, and proteins that help fight the aging process such as Collagen, NAD+, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, and Vitamin E., Turmeric and Resveratrol have also been noted for their anti-aging benefits.

Hopefully, these tips are enough to get you started! Another supplement that is proving its power in terms of fending off the aging process is NAD+.

NMN stands for β-nicotinamide mononucleotide which is a chemical that exists in all cells of human tissues or organs and also lots of plants, such as broccoli, cabbage, and avocado.

NMN is a very important precursor of coenzyme I (NAD+). The cells in our body use NMN to make NAD+. NAD+ plays an essential role in our body for converting food into energy and participating in many other important biological functions, such as DNA repair and cell revitalization that are directly related to our overall wellbeing and aging.

“The level of NAD+ in the human body decreases dramatically as people age. The decrease of NAD+ with aging causes cell malfunctions and has a direct impact on many age-related health issues, such as obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular issues, memory function, and eye function. A lot of scientific researches during the past few decades has confirmed that NMN intake can increase NAD+ levels and rejuvenate cell functions of aging animals”- Abinopharm, Inc.

One of their main dietary supplement products is NMN, here’s some more info!

NMN is one of the dominating molecules that came out of extensive longevity researches from a few prominent academic research groups, such as Professor David Sinclair of Harvard University and Professor Imai of Washington University in St. Louis.

Numerous researches have shown NMN can:

  • Help animals live longer and healthier by boosting the animal body’s NAD+ levels. NAD+ is a coenzyme that exists in all animal cells and its levels decrease dramatically with aging. NAD+ helps produce the majority of your body’s energy and repair damaged DNA in cell nuclei.

  • NMN can help to rejuvenate many aging-related physical and mental conditions. For instance, it can increase muscle strength, promote smoother skin, and build healthier cardiovascular tissue. It can also prove helpful to improve brain health and cognition.

Abinopharms’ NMN Capsule Supplement has the following unique features:

  • 300mg NMN/serving and 30 servings per bottle.

  • Abinopharm’s NMN capsule supplement was manufactured in the US in a FDA-registered facility under strict GMP guidance.

  • Abinopharm has developed an ultra-pure and highly stable NMN ingredient. Currently, they are running one of the largest human clinical trials on their NMN ingredient: More information can be found here! Their NMN was also passed experts’ review on safety for human use and awarded GRAS certificate.
