As the Neolithic man rose out of Africa, they naturally began migrating. As with all species, hunting for food and better living conditions gave birth to this migration.
Once they hit the Mediterranean on the northern coast of Africa, it seems things took a turn – for the better. According to evolutionary scientists, man’s mental capacity began to grow. Their knowledge and insights seemed to take a giant leap forward. Bringing them closer to the version of humans you see today.

Better tools were being made, shelters, and communities. Their capacity for rational thought grew, and artwork appeared in caves along France’s southern coast. Indeed, something had changed, and until recently, there had seemed no rational explanation for this jump.
After years of study, research, and theories, many scientists agreed on a cause. A reason for this evolutionary shift. Man’s diet started to consist mainly of fish, and in this fish, there was a nutrient called omega-3.
This fantastic nutrient helped to develop Neolithic man’s brain into something much more. With more capacity for complex thoughts. More reasoning and problem-solving skills. Omega-3 helped push the envelope for human development.
