Mix the contents of 2-3 capsules in a glass of water or beverage to take. You may take the capsules without opening them as well. Always drink lots of extra water to flush out the toxins released.
POULTICES: Use our charcoal as a natural remedy to soothe burns, bug bites, and other wounds. Mix the contents of 3-4 capsules with some ground flax seeds and water and apply to the affected area. Repeat if necessary.
