There are many ways to exfoliate your skin. You can use scrubs, masks, or gentle peels.
Exfoliants are designed to remove dead skin cells and reveal younger, healthier skin. They can be abrasive, nonabrasive or in the form of a facial mask. Your choice of an exfoliant should be determined by what is suitable for your skin type as well as your skin care routine.
Exfoliating tightens the skin, removes dead cells, unclogs pores, removes impurities, and rids it if excess oil. All skin types benefit from this process. Usually, exfoliating scrubs have ground up grains and nuts that scrub the skin’s surface. Exfoliate at least once a week or twice a week for clear, soft and smooth skin!
