COLLAGEN HEALING CHICKEN SOUP

These ingredients make approximately 6-8 servings

  • 2 lbs. chicken thighs or breasts, cut into chunks

  • 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1 bunch celery, diced

  • 1 bunch carrots, diced

  • 64 oz. bone broth or chicken broth

  • 2 tsp. sea salt

  • 1 tsp. dried basil

  • 1 tsp. dried oregano

  • ½ tsp. black pepper

Directions:

1.    Heat the olive oil in a large, deep pot over medium-high heat for 2 minutes.
