Taking some time out for yourself is the hardest thing to do sometimes. So many demands, commitments, and responsibilities… many of us spend the day chasing our tail!  It is hard because it’s never easy to focus a little on you, but it is always worthwhile and much needed. Too much “doing” and not finding enough calm to reset and restore your energy can be highly under-productive because we end up damaging our health without even realizing it. If you are constantly on the go and feeling highly stressed and anxious, all that built-up tension steals away your well being because it always catches up to you at some point. There is only so long that the body can run on empty. Self-care is an essential part of wellness. We will learn you "Breathe in wellness" and find calm for well being.

Finding Balance

Our bodies are built on balance, everything works perfectly, almost seamlessly together to allow us to function at your best in all areas- mentally, emotionally and physically. But when we tip the scales on that balance, something breaks. Physically we may pick up injuries and ailments as a way of our body telling us to slow down, emotionally we may struggle to express what we feel, and mentally we become overwhelmed and lose clarity and focus.

Sometimes, we just need to accept that we are simply human beings (not actual machines!) and spend a little more time on self-care; through self-care, we can feel ready to tackle life’s usual ups and downs more powerfully.

"Self-care and balance influence each other. If you want to feel more balance in your life, try adding in more self-care and see if that helps. Make more time for yourself and notice if your feelings of (un)balance start to shift."- said Sara Robinson, MA in her book "Choose You"

Self-care

Self-care means different things to different people. For some, self-care looks like taking a long, hot soak in a relaxing bath, for others, self-care is spending quality time doing something that they love, such as playing an instrument, or going out for a walk through nature. Whatever self-care approach helps you to unwind and feel more relaxed is worth pursuing and making time for.

"Remember that self-care isn't just baths and beauty treatments: self-care gets to the core of what you need to be your best. Sometimes this "work" is fun and relaxing, but other times you need to tackle the hard stuff. The hard stuff is also self-care, and you need to make time for it to ensure you meet all your different needs." - said Sara Robinson, MA

Breathe in wellness

There are many natural treatments and therapies at our fingertips that can help us with self-care and feeling better overall. Aromatherapy is one such therapy because we are so sensitive to smell. Aromatherapy uses a wide range of essential oils and natural plant extracts to heal, harmonize, and promote a feeling of wellness from inside to out. A specific blend of aromatherapy oils can provide the perfect remedy to improve your energy levels, help you to wind down after a long day, and some may also help toward physical healing.

The point being is that the possibilities are endless. Aromatherapy utilizes the best of mother nature to help you find rejuvenation, healing, and improved health. Aromatherapy oils can be inhaled, applied topically by massage, or added to a bath.

Bioesse Technologies is a company committed to improving health and wellness through its patented aromatherapy inhalation patches. They are all-natural and available in blended scents and single oil patches – perfect to help move you another step closer to better self-care!

As touched upon earlier in this article, one of the most important aspects of our health is how much anxiety we carry with us throughout the day. You can be in perfect health otherwise, but if you’re stressed out, you won’t feel your best and you essentially leave yourself vulnerable to a diminished immune system, poor gut health, and inflammatory conditions.  Raised cortisol (stress hormone) levels can affect every part of your body and its natural function. The body needs calm, rest, and most importantly balance to function at its optimum. There is a lot of evidence-based research showing that breathing in the vapor from Lavender essential oil reduces the body’s stress reactions and the production of cortisol.

Breath in Calm with Lavender Patches

Bioesse patches use 100% pure unadulterated lavender essential oil, they are portable and safe to use. Anyone using it can be assured that what they’re breathing in is essential oil vapor instead of other potential chemicals. The Lavender patch is a great way to reduce stress anywhere, whether it’s at work, before bed, or while traveling. Lavender is best known for its stress reduction properties but it can have other benefits as well, including easing a headache, improving your mood and helping toward an overall feeling of well being. Many bedtime bath scents, oils, and lotions include lavender for its calming and relaxing properties!

These lavender patches have become a staple product in hospitals all over the country. They are a highly effective and natural means of improving how you feel.

The Bioesse patch is safe because there is an occlusive barrier preventing any oil from touching the skin. While some methods of using essential oils on the skin are generally safe, there is always some risk of systemic effect and irritation. Not all essential oils are safe for inhalation or topical use on their own- some can be too potent. However, as lavender is a gentle essential oil, it is suited for inhalation and this is by far the safest method of use.

Hospitals may use a Lavender patch before a patient goes into surgery to calm and relax them, and the Bioesse “Quease Free” patch for when a patient is recovering from anesthesia and dealing with nausea.

Hemp Menopause Patch

The Bioesse Hemp Menopause patch was designed especially for women who are dealing with the distressing and overwhelming symptoms of Menopause, including hot flashes, emotional imbalance and difficulty sleeping.  Research has shown that inhaling the vapor from hemp oil can raise the level of nitric oxide in the body. Increasing nitric oxide has several beneficial effects including increased blood-flow, thus increasing the delivery of nourishment and nutrients to the body.

  • Additionally, it can help increase new blood vessel growth and enhance the body’s uptake of glucose for additional energy- many women may suffer from fatigue and lethargy during menopause.

  • The Hemp Menopause patch uses a proprietary blend of essential oils to specifically target women’s health.

  • These patches can help to rejuvenate menopausal women and restore a sense of well being and emotional balance to their lives. They are ideal to carry around in your handbag for when you need a little help through the day!

Comments from users of the Hemp Menopause patch include:

”The Menopause patches work great! I used to wake up 3-4 times a night with night sweats and now I maybe wake up once or twice a week.”

”Your Menopause patches are a miracle! It was like I could feel a hot flash coming on and then it just went away.”

“There are so many benefits to using aromatherapy and essential oils when they’re administered safely and appropriately. Anyone can benefit from aromatherapy in numerous ways whether it is for something symptomatic or just for adding a pleasurable experience to your day.

"You can be assured that Bioesse patches are the safest possible way to get the benefits of essential oils and with how easy they are to take with you you’ll never be without one when you need it. Breathe in wellness!” -
