Avoiding Gluten Is Not as Easy as You May Think

Conservative estimates show that eighteen million Americans are suffering from gluten-sensitivity.  Gluten sensitivity is clearly a prevalent problem. The grocery store shelves are lined with new and increasingly savory products aimed to appeal to the gluten sensitive consumer, but with that being said avoiding gluten can still be very tricky.

You might find it shocking to learn that gluten is a super sneaky protein. If you don’t want gluten to catch you by surprise, be a detective.
