A Healthier Heart for a Happier You

Having a healthy heart and cardiovascular system is a great motivator for all the physical activity we undertake. Exercise helps our heart become stronger and fitter so it doesn’t suffer from the overload of daily living that can be stressful, and sedentary lifestyles only place more burdens upon the chief operator of our heart- to pump nutrient-rich oxygenated blood all around our body. Heart-related diseases and conditions are at their peak due to many factors; exercise and good nutrition help to counterbalance and support our modern lifestyles. We need to be accountable for what we eat, do, and how we live, showing up for our health and well-being means taking steps to place our heart and overall health as a priority to manage and maintain. Here, we help get to the heart of the matter!

1.    Heart facts

Like all muscles, our heart gains strength with overload, and so this is where leading an active lifestyle really helps us. We improve the efficiency of our heart through movement and maintaining good circulation around our body. It’s important to note that heart-related diseases are equally high for both males and females, in fact, according to the AHA (American Heart Association) one in three women are living with heart disease or a heart-related health condition. We can all benefit from better measures to keep our hearts happy and healthy. Here are a couple more facts:

  • A sedentary lifestyle is one of the biggest potential risk factors for heart disease. Weekly, we should aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate intensity activity or 75 minutes at a higher level.

  • A healthy heart rate for adults is 60-80 BPM. When we sleep, our parasympathetic nervous system becomes more active; our BPM can drop down to as low as 40BPM!

2.    Some great foods for heart health

Diets high in saturated fats/sugar and salt negatively impact our heart health-perhaps more than we care to admit. Even if we are active- we cannot out-exercise bad nutrition. It really pays to eat well (at least 80% of the time) so we don’t clog the many vessels and arteries around our heart- making it struggle to keep us going in every sense of the word. Here are some foods to ensure you include daily!

  • Omega 3 rich fish (salmon/tuna/mackerel)

  • Berries- rich in phytonutrients and anti-oxidants

  • A few nuts- almonds and walnuts are great for our heart

  • Tomatoes are a real superfood

3. Arteries work hard- help them out!

Many of us do not consider the fact that our arteries are comparable to a system of superhighways in a city. Our arteries busily carry every nutrient that is eaten, drunk, or even breathed or absorbed through the skin to every cell in the body.  Much like the delivery system to a city or town, if the body's circulatory system is not operating at its peak efficiency then the cells that depend on it for nourishment begin to suffer and eventually atrophy and die.  When this happens often enough it can lead to more serious issues in the body.  Many diseases and illnesses can actually be traced back to being originally caused by a lack of proper circulation.

Nitric Oxide Gas (NO) is chiefly responsible for keeping the circulatory system clear and operating at peak efficiency. Nitric Oxide is produced naturally in the body in abundant quantities when we are young, but production often drops sharply as we reach middle age and even more sharply as we reach our senior years of life. When the levels of production of this important gas drop, it can be replaced by supplementing daily with a quality Nitric Oxide supplement.

Erase Disease is a supplement manufacturer located in the town of Gilbert Arizona. Since 2010 when business began, they have been focused on creating the highest quality nutritional supplements possible. Their manufacturing facilities are FDA regulated as well as cGMP and NSF licensed and certified.  Cardio-Juvenate Plus is their flagship supplement product. It is a powdered blend of amino acids, vitamins, and minerals that is based on 1998 Nobel Prize-winning research. When mixed with water, juice, or other beverages this supplement creates therapeutic quantities of Nitric Oxide gas in the bloodstream, this absorbs into the endothelial layers of the artery walls- rejuvenating them and keeping them flexible and elastic (like surgical tubing). This promotes better circulation and blood flow to vital organs and other bodily tissues.

Here is more on how Cardio-Juvenate Plus works:

Cardio-Juvenate Plus combines four main ingredients that work together synergistically in the body to create an abundant flow of Nitric Oxide in the bloodstream.

  • The first ingredient is the amino acid L-arginine, which the body easily metabolizes into Nitric Oxide. According to scientific research, a minimum of 5 grams of L-arginine is required in order to produce enough Nitric Oxide gas to have a positive effect on circulation and blood flow.

  • This is why Cardio-Juvenate Plus contains 5 grams of pharmaceutical grade L-arginine in every serving.

L-arginine is so quickly and easily metabolized by the body than 5 grams will be used up within the first hour of ingesting it.  So some kind of boosting ingredient is needed.

  • This is where the amino acid L-citrulline comes in.  The body slowly breaks down L-citrulline into more L-arginine which it then converts into more Nitric Oxide.  This is a much more complicated process and so can take up to 23 hours to completely transform the L-citrulline into L-arginine and then into Nitric Oxide gas.

  • According to scientific research, 1 gram of L-citrulline is needed to achieve the therapeutic benefit of sustaining sufficient prolonged levels of Nitric Oxide in the system.  This is why there is 1 gram of high-grade L-citrulline in every serving of Cardio-Juvenate Plus.

Once metabolized, Nitric Oxide gas is only viable for a few precious seconds before it dissipates.  Therefore, a powerful antioxidant is needed to slow the dissipation process down so that as much of the gas as is possible can penetrate the endothelial layers of the artery walls to improve blood flow and circulation.  Of all the antioxidants available, one of the strongest is Vitamin D3, an important vitamin that many people also happen to become deficient in as they grow older.  2,500 IU of Vitamin D3 is usually sufficient for helping to keep the Nitric Oxide gas stable for long enough to penetrate the artery walls and help with improving blood flow... which is why this amount is included in every serving of Cardio-Juvenate Plus!

When supplementing with any nutritional formula it is the ratio in which the ingredients are absorbed into the body that plays a big role also. This is known as Bio-Availability.  The more that each of the individual ingredients of a supplement can be absorbed into the bloodstream, the more effective that supplement will be in its task.

Combining these valuable ingredients together into a single, easy to mix and drink supplement is what makes Cardio-Juvenate Plus such an important part of one's daily regimen for maintaining excellent cardiovascular health.

Cardio-Juvenate Plus comes in three delicious flavors to satisfy a wide variety of tastes:

  • Classic Berry

  • Creamy Berry

  • Tropical Orange

“We pride ourselves on our customer service.  Whether it's an issue or just a simple question, we're always happy to assist our valued customers,” said Erase Disease.
