Now is time to get ready for summer. Here find how to get glowing skin and beautiful eyes at home. 

HYDRATE YOURSELF with plenty of water especially in the hot day or before any exercise or physical activity.  Drink us much water as you can throughout the day. It helps to keep your body and your skin hydrated. Choose chilled herbs teas as a replacement to soft drinks. Also, cold water with lemon and mint leaves is a nice and healthy alternative to plain water. Drink 6-8 glasses each day.  No matter what the weather is, never forget to moisturize the face and body.

Radiant, glowing skin is both attractive and a visible sign of good health. It is important to exfoliate your skin on a regular basis, at least once a week. This process will remove all the dead cells and give your skin a healthy glow.
